Beat the game and enter 'FIREBALL' at the data screen.

Get the Rainbow Robe
To get the Rainbow Robe keep Battling Forest Armor Until One Drops or Use your DSS Cards to boost up your luck And then Battle One.The Rainbow Robe is the best Robe in the Game. It powers your Def 140 Your Lck 15 And Your Int 250.

To use fight mode enter "GRADIUS" at the data screen.

Skeleton Medalist Strategy
Go to the ceremonial room where you first were dropped, equip either the ice, poison, or holy sheild, jump into the hole and go flat against the left side, the wall should break somewhere, roc wing up to the hole you made and go inside. then, jump to the ceiling and ANOTHER hole should open on the ceiling, inside is the skeleton medalist, either use a long range weapon or use the griffon/pluto combo to run super fast in order to catch him.

Get Bear Ring
If you kill the skeleton medalist enough times, he will drop a bear ring. equip it and use the Blackdog/Pluto combination to turn into a bear instead of a skeleton. try using different button combinations to see what things the bear can do.

Camilla in a Bikini
If you beat the game in under 6 hours and 100% of the map uncovered, at the end of the credits, you will be rewarded with a picture of camilla in a bikini at the beach before she became evil.

Use DSS in Battle Arena
Go into the arena, use a mind restoring item to restore most of your mind power. Then go to the dss screen and choose a spell (summonings recommended) then go back into play and quickly use your spell before your mind power is drained again.

Shooter Mode
Beat the game in fighter mode, then put CROSSBOW as your name in a new game. you will have half health, half defense, and minus 25% strength, magic and intelligence are normal at 100. but you will be able to carry hundreds of hearts, sub weapons do tons and tons of damage, sub weapons take half their usual hearts, and, if you collect two daggers in a row, you will get the homing dagger, which does a little less damage(like 5% less) than the normal dagger, but compared to you whip power, it is more than double, one of my favorites against many bosses like camilla with nothing to interrupt the dagger on its hommed mission to its target, but never use it on dracula, because the bats are always in the way, use the boomerand or axe instead, or on bosses like hugh, who you have no need for the homming attribute.

Thief Mode
beat the game in shooter mode and type in DAGGER for your name in a new game. you stats will be a little lower, but your luck is through the roof! so you will have every dss in no time, extremely good accessories early and a hege stock pile of needed items. If you beat it in this mode, something will happen, though im not sure, mabey harder diffuculties, an inverted castle, or mbey a way through the gate in the triumph hallway, or possibly become playable as other characters.
