To get hunk(4th survivor) and extreme battle where
you can use chris redfield and ada wong:

Complete hard level for both clarie A, B and Leon A, B

To get unlimited ammo at the menu screen where you can equip weapon press the
following strokes:

up, up, down, down, left, right, left, right, aim button.

I own this game, great game and it is 2 discs. It took me ages to complete this game because the Giant aligator kept killing me. Done it now ! I think i will get Resident Evil 2 now !
