Pause the game and type "HULKHOGANWEARSYELLOWNICKERS" then unpause.
You will win the match.

If you're having trouble defeating the PC opponents. Walk up to the ropes
and face the crowd. Press ESC. You should then be able to pick up the
chair climb up on to the ropes and hit your opponents with it to score some
easy points.
